Wendi McLendon-Covey

Her quick wit and natural flair for comedy made Wendi McLendon-Covey "The Queen of Improv." McLendon-Covey earned her comedic stripes as a member of the famed improv and sketch comedy troupe, The Groundlings, where she developed outrageous characters that had audiences rolling in their seats. The actress landed her breakout role on the hit Comedy Central series "Reno 911!" (2003-09). The show satirized local law enforcement officers and the criminals they dealt with on a daily basis.
