Good story. Decent acting. A few too many inconsistencies, like why did the vampire that turned Bane turn to dust as soon as sunlight hit him, yet it had far less effect on the other vamps? We could have also done with a little more back story on Bane.

Good horror/thriller, great for movie night

"The Shed" is a horror film that follows a teenager named Stan, who discovers a bloodthirsty creature in his backyard shed. While the film has some tense moments and passable performances, the plot is predictable and lacks originality. Overall, "The Shed" is a forgettable horror film that fails to leave a lasting impact.

A clever approach to the vampire horror genre. In this movie the vampire serves as an extension of the teens' anger and desire for revenge due to the bullying they endure. But the ending is predictable and even disastrous.

Fellow Creatures!! A weekend watch for all you fans out there is 2019's "The Shed". When a vampire takes up residence in a working class, High School student, Stanley's backyard outhouse, the problems are just begining. After his dog & mean-spirited Gramps are killed by the beast, he decides he must contain it long enough to destroy it, so no more deaths occur. However, his bullied best friend, Dommer has another, nastier plan for their "pet vampire", whether Stan agrees, or not & it comes down to Stan & his Ex-girlfriend to try & secure the farmhouse, as the fanged fiend decides to leave the shed to vist Stan one night at home for a bloody & climactic showdown. Written & directed by Frank Sabatella, @franksabatella.director based on a story by Joel Rice, this fun, little romp has touches of "Fright Night" & "The Lost Boys" that are welcome & there's some lovely nods to other movies of that ilk, but it also says a lot about the dark side of dealing with bullying & revenge gone mad. The leads are believable, there's some good jump scares & though the vampire is rarely seen, when he is, the practical make-up effects look great & you can almost smell his, no doubt, rancid breath. This fanged feature belies it's low budget & is an easy, but very enjoyable watch, especially after a long week at the grindstone. I'll "stake" my reputation that you'll end up having a entertaining evening with this. Toolshed Terror Grimly.🩸🩸⚰️⚰️

A nice idea, a vampire takes refuge in a shed feeding on anyone unlucky enough to venture inside. Unfortunately, the main crux of the story takes about 45 minutes to gain any momentum, and then it's just so tedious and boring. One or two jump scares and typical horror movie tropes (drastically bad decisions) result in a film that falls flat.

Parece proyecto universitario, mal actuada, chistes malos, aburrida, tonta, aunque sorprende en la parte en la que los críticos dicen que es buena.

    It´s bored, totally bored...

A troubled high school kid discovers a bloodthirsty vampire is living in the shed, which doesn't fare well for anyone who gets too close to it. I tend to like vampire movies, and the general idea of this one was decent, although not without plenty of plot holes and absurd situations. This was kind of fun but had the potential to be much better.
