plot is fine , story progresses way to slowly , and the audio quality is terrible , if the mic isn't cutting out from the wind or being muffled by clothes , the characters are being talked over by people who are supposed to be in the background , i can barely make out what there saying half the time , also the main characters are complete idiots and the constant time jumps make it hard to follow the story

The chemistry between a group of friends who date which we see so much in American horror movies is quite poor at times and the acting is fairly weak. But I'm sure regardless as to the reviews, these actors will do well and get cast again and make something else similar. What's the point in discussions about performance and direction when no film maker ever learns? Look, the movie itself starts slow and then you're sort of thrown into a bit of chaos. Like one of them being written off, but the way they get there to the action is too sudden and sort of doesn't fit. A realistic bunch of typical American waffle and a few flashes of a bra is cliche, as too is the desperate and rushed attempts to frighten us part way through. But all round the movie isn't bad. They're sone decent stuff plenty of jump scares and a sort of realistic feel to the movie until the horror begins. There's a resort which was destroyed and shows a part of Hawaii that doesn't look anything like the real place with no one at all around, there's the ridiculous dialogue and hormonal young ones, an eerie abandoned hotel where they had plenty of space to act and some of the stuff is fairly good considering the usual stuff we watch, but this should have been far better and the actors could have focussed less on the silly dialogue and more on what the movie genre was about.

Honestly got to be one of the worst horror movies I've ever seen. The characters were just so unrealistic and unlikeable, movie was clearly written from the perspective or a religious zealot

A bad film is a bad film. Poor dialogue, Poor acting, Terrible plot and god awful Camera work. Do yourself a favour, do not watch this film. I only got half way through before I had to turn it off.

One of the worst movies I think I have ever seen, from the acting to the music. I don't think there was a singular good thing in the movie. Felt like I was watching a high school homemade film.

Not the worst movie I have ever seen, didn't hate and some of the early dialogue was good and intelligent.

You would have to pay me to watch this again.
