The King

Esta película, aunque comienza de manera lenta, logra transmitir la incertidumbre de un hombre enfrentado repentinamente al trono y su transformación desde un joven despreocupado y fiestero al rey de una nación tan importante como lo fue y es Inglaterra. La escena final me cautivó; es una de las mejores que he visto en mucho tiempo: impactante, silenciosa, brutal y muy bien dirigida. En cuanto a las actuaciones, son apasionantes y elevan este drama histórico, a otro nivel, marcando un hito en la carrera actoral de Timothée Chalamet.

It was well written, with great cinematography of the battle of Agincourt

Fantastic performances from Chalamet and Edgarton, but there is something hollow about The King as a whole.

Above average in every film metric. Thought the film was good and cast very well.

The King is everything a movie should be. The plot is marvelous and filled with great character development. Not to mention the wonderful acting done by Tim! Slow at the start but leaves viewers captivated by the end.

Incredible performances. Beautiful cinematography and set design. The battles are gripping and combat sequences give a heavy and exhaustive truth to the feeling of wearing armour and how that would have shown. The score is beautiful and epic. One of my favourite period pieces and adaptations of Shakespeare.
